Program Overview

Our 7-day Korea Education & Entertainment Trek is designed to bring together up to 30 U.S. students for an immersive exploration of South Korea’s vibrant education ecosystem and rich cultural heritage. Students will engage in school and university visits, participate in collaborative group activities, and gain insight into Korea’s youth culture and global aspirations. Highlights include a guest lecture on the impact of K-dramas, K-pop, and entertainment, a temple stay experience, hands-on cultural workshops, and sampling of authentic Korean cuisine. Together, these experiences will deepen students’ appreciation of Korea’s transformation into a cultural powerhouse while fostering teamwork, creativity, and cross-cultural understanding.

Top School and University Visits

Step into Korean classrooms and campuses to see how discipline, global aspirations, and exam culture shape student life. Meet peers and compare perspectives on learning in one of the world’s most competitive education systems.

K-Culture in Action

Join a K-pop dance/traditional cultural class, and dive into Seoul’s creative districts like Seongsu. These hands-on experiences reveal how music, media, and fashion drive Korea’s global influence and inspire new forms of self-expression.

History and Identity

Walk through traditional hanbok and visit the DMZ at the border of North and South Korea. These iconic sites bring Korea’s history and resilience to life, connecting heritage with contemporary identity.
