Experience Chinese Traditional Crafts
At the IIEI booth, we want visitors to do more than simply look at traditional culture—we want you to experience it with your own hands.
Throughout the festival, we will offer several hands-on Chinese cultural activities:
- Traditional Printmaking
Explore traditional patterns and experience the process of transferring designs onto paper by hand. - Lacquer Fan Making
Create your own decorative fan using flowing colors and traditional-inspired design. - Traditional Sachet DIY
Make a small scented sachet and learn about this traditional craft and its connection to everyday life and seasonal customs.
We will also bring a selection of cultural crafts and gifts, including:
- handmade lanterns
- paper-cutting decorations
- handmade keychains
- mini lion dance decorations
- postcards
- panda plush decorations
Many of these items are inspired by Chinese traditional arts, festivals, and symbols, making them fun keepsakes and gifts to take home.
